• You are not able to complete the migration since you already have data on the new WiZ app
  • And you indeed want to discard all current settings and retrieve the settings from the old WiZ app instead
Please follow the steps below.

If you have NOT linked your WiZ account to any service:

Go to "Settings" then "Account" section. Press "Skip" on the left topper corner. Then tap on "Delete" to delete all the data on the new app.
If you complete these steps, all the data within the app will be lost and NOT recoverable.

If you have linked your WiZ account to one or more services:

Go to "Settings" then "Account" section and simply tap on "Sign out".

Once you have completed the above steps, you can now go back to the old "WiZ" app again and start the data migration.
