Please note that for the time being, you need to first create your WiZ account by creating a home, then sign in. If you attempt to sign in before any home is created, sign in will fail.

Once you have created at least one home, you can sign in with one or more options in the settings of your WiZ app.

iCloud is not supported after the app version: 1.18.0, you can learn more from here.

If your WiZ app is 1.17.0 or below, and the iCloud sign in fails, make sure that iCloud Drive is enabled in the settings of your iOS device.

If you had not previously signed in and have reinstalled the app or changed your phone, you will need to create a new home and pair your lights again.
