First thing first, please make sure you do not delete the old WiZ app. Otherwise, it may be impossible to retrieve your home data/settings, and you would have to set up the lights again.

502 Errors / Migration Fail

If you are seeing a "502 Bad Gateway" error / "Migration Fail" web page after you click the migration button, please try the below steps:
  1. Restart your phone
  2. Delete and install the NEW app again
  3. Go to the old app and click “Migrate to new app”

If the above steps are not working, you might want to try a different migration method:

Your old account was linked with either Facebook or Google

(please note that linking with iCloud will not be a viable option because of this: reason)

  1. Go to the new app
  2. If the app asks you to migrate, tap on "continue here" at the bottom of the screen
  3. Sign in with either Facebook or Google. Your settings will be loaded in the new app.
  4. If the issues still persist, please contact our support team via the chat in the app.

Your old account was not linked with anything

Please create a fresh new home and pair one of the devices to the new home. Then contact us through "Chat with us" feature on the new home. We will help to complete the migration manually for you.

Why can't I see my home and lights on the new app?

Please follow the steps below to start the migration again:
  1. Go to the old app, and tap on “Migrate to new app”
  2. A "Migration done" page should be shown
