Any device paired in a WiZ Pro site need to be activated for WiZ Pro to access advanced functionalities using the web interface.

To activate a device, go to your account, in which the devices are listed.

Select the option to activate one, or all of the non-activated devices.

Devices with a pre-paid license can be activated using zero credits, while other devices would use some credits for activation. Some credits are available to test the system and features with products which would not have a prepaid license.

To control fully a room, all of the devices in the room need to have been activated.
