When the format or resolution of the video is changed, the sync box will need to re-calibarte to the new video format.

During the re-calibration process, the image and/or sound on your TV would be lost for around 8~10 seconds. This would happen in the following situations:

• when you switch to another video source (ex. from Apple TV to PS5)
• when the video resolution/format is changed (ex. from 1080p to 4K HDR)
