In case the lights you've added in the TV area are not syncing with the TV screen correctly, check if:
- The lights are running firmware version from 1.34.0 or higher.
- Your HDMI sync box are connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the lights (meaning the same router and the same SSID).
- You have positioned the lights correctly in the 3D TV room in the app according to their physical position around the TV. Also, both the Location and Height are configured and saved.
