In case your TV backlight strip is not syncing with the colors on the TV screen correctly, check if:

  • You have installed the backlight strip according to the instruction

  • You have selected the right TV backlight orientation option. There are 2 places in the app where you can change the orientation option.

1. After you've paired/set up the Sync box with TV backlight in the app, your backlight strip will display 3 colors - blue, red, yellow on the 3 sides. You'll be directed to a page where you should select the option with the color order matching to your installation.

2. In the Library's Video sync page, you can tap on the Settings icon and go the the Backlight strip pill to change the strip's orientation. You should select the option with the Sync box position that matches to your installation.
